2019,Promotion and Inspection ,on Resource Recycling in Yunlin County

The implementation period of this project is conducted from June 15th to November 30th, 2019. the primary items of business include assisting the Environmental Protection Bureau of Yuanlin County to administer the contest of creative teaching aids with recycling resources, coach and counsel schools to set up Environmental volunteer team for environmental protection, sponsor environmental protection seminars, establish local demonstration stations for resource recycling, operate and manage the Abundance Harvest resources recycling stations established between the years of 2016 to 2019, purchase and distribute the publicity products of resource recycling stations, and the training of seedling teachers for resource recycling and the application and execution of promotional activities. The project has, in total, administered a recruitment contest of teaching aid design with recycling resources, held a briefing session before the contest to elaborate on the selection criteria, selected 6 best works afterwards to take part in the promotion, coached and counseled two senior high school and senior vocational high school to set up environmental volunteer teams. The objective of these teams is to help these schools maintain environmental sanitation and promote environmental education, and to train 2 squads of volunteers so as to improve the knowledge and skills towards the environment so as to facilitate the subsequent use by school units. Besides, ten local demonstrations stations of resource recycling are newly established, while a total of 10 volunteers have been matched to be enrolled into the system of resource recycling stations. In the part of strengthening resource recycling and publicity work, we have maintained the operation of 33 resource recycling stations established between the years of 2016 to 2018, sponsored excellence competitions on resources recycling to improve the capacity of resource recycling stations, and conducted seedling lecturers training for resource recycling. For the year, 6 lecturers are furnished of training and they have joined the ranks of environmental protection and publicity work. Besides, we have matched schools, communities, and other institutes to carry out publicity activities on resource recycling. Through the novel combination of teaching aids and seedling lecturers with resource recycling, they have rendered the publicity no longer restricted by standard briefings, while enthusiastic responses are received from the general public.
